Follow Old Hastings Road--one of our favourites in the county--past the relics of the county's early settlers. This route is full of ups and downs, twists and turns, and perfect photo opportunities like Millbridge's stone bridge. Be prepared for significant off-road riding on the Hastings Heritage Trail south of Gilmour, where you'll encounter some sandy sections, larger roots and rocks, and possible flooding. It's all part of the ride, but always check conditions ahead of time and be prepared. We recommend wearing high-visibility gear in these lower-light, wooded areas that are shared with ATVs and other trail users.
