In spring, summer or fall, you'll have a nice day skirting around Stoco Lake and criss-crossing the Moira River down to Vanderwater Conservation Area. This approachable gravel route offers a perfect mid-ride picnic stop at the Thomasburg Store and Nat's Place food truck and an optional detour into Vanderwater Park for the uninitiated. On a hot day, this is the perfect spot to wade into the Moira River for a quick cool-down. You'll find a few climbs and lots of gravel charm as you loop through the wooded trails before heading back up to Tweed for a post-ride coffee stop at Cube Coffee Bar.
